The objective of
Investment Property Asset Management LLC is to
supervise the financial, administrative, and
maintenance operations of single family homes, Class
B and Class C investment properties consisting of
200 units or less and to direct personnel and
resources to the extent that the property is
maintained at all times in good physical condition
with a stable fiscal operation.

Investment Property
Asset Management LLC was founded by its President,
DiAne N. Asiedu, a Certified Occupancy Specialist
through the National Center for Housing Management,
a Certified Legal Assistant through the National
Association of Legal Assistants, an Accredited
Residential ManagerŪ through the Institute of Real
Estate Management (IREM) and a real estate licensee
through the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC).
Originally formed to provide signature service as
it relates to multifamily communities, IPAM LLC
has
expanded its portfolio to include single-family and
multiplex homes.
IPAM LLC currently
manages realty assets in excess of several million
dollars. Ms. Asiedu has over 14 years of
multifamily real estate experience that includes
Affordable, Conventional, Low Income Housing Tax
Credit, and Tax Exempt Bond. She has been
responsible for all aspects of operations including:

She also has a wide
array of experience in areas ranging from quality
control and enforcement of established standards to
the implementation of company policies and training
of personnel in technical skills as well as Fair
Housing regulations.
Ms. Asiedu is an
experienced asset manager who has demonstrated her
ability to maintain and ensure a high level of
successful operation while enhancing customer
service. She has a proven track record of meeting
and exceeding owner/investor objectives and has
continually produced measurable quality results.
She possesses strong interpersonal and excellent
verbal and written communication skills, is self
motivated and organized and possesses a high level
of dedication, commitment and sincerity. Ms. Asiedu
will work directly with the on-site staff members as
well as the owners.
